Linda Benoit
Broker / Owner
Linda began her real estate career in 2005 and founded Highland Realty in 2017. That same year, her son Chris joined the company, helping make Highland Realty the family-owned brokerage it is today.
With extensive experience guiding first-time homebuyers, second-home buyers, investors, and sellers, Linda brings practical knowledge to every transaction. She is also an experienced REO and rehabilitation specialist who understands the unique challenges involved in distressed and renovation properties.
Linda is known for her hands-on approach and willingness to jump in and do whatever is needed to keep a transaction moving toward the closing table. Her dedication, problem-solving ability, and commitment to her clients have consistently placed her among the top producers on her local REALTOR® board by sales volume.
